Lt. Gen. David Buck served 40 years in the U.S. Air Force. His career was dedicated to space, nuclear, and cyberspace operations where he directed USSTRATCOM space forces in support of national security and combatant commander objectives. David is an expert in space operations and testified twice before the U.S. House of Representatives Arms Services Committee. He retired as Commander, Joint Functional Component Command for Space and Commander, 14th Air Force at Vandenberg Air Force Base and now serves as President of BRPH Mission Solutions.
